1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 177ph ("we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://177ph.cam (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 177ph, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 177ph Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 177ph Platform and contact our support team to close your account. Continued use of the Platform following notice of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain an account with 177ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law.
• You are a resident of, or are physically located within, a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is legal and not prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded from 177ph or any other gaming platform through a self-exclusion program.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or agent of 177ph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person or entity.

Age Verification Process

177ph is legally obligated to verify the age and identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding standard thresholds, and at any time the Company deems verification necessary. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: the PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, passport, or SSS/GSIS card. Submission of falsified identification documents to 177ph constitutes a criminal offense under Philippine law and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 177ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 177ph employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any accumulated balances, winnings, and bonus credits will be forfeited.

Registration Information

When registering at 177ph, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information required by the registration form. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of this information changes. 177ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 177ph login credentials (username/mobile number and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You must notify 177ph support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 177ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to your notification to us.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

177ph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, Maya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, 7-Eleven (via ECPay), and QR Ph. Deposits are credited to your 177ph account balance upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction fees are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time.

177ph does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to another individual will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 177ph are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the specific withdrawal capabilities of that payment channel. Before processing any withdrawal, 177ph reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC), confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied, and confirmation that no outstanding verification requests are pending on the account.

Withdrawal processing times at 177ph are generally as follows: GCash and Maya — within minutes under normal conditions; BPI and BDO bank transfer — 1 to 3 business days; other channels — as stated in the cashier. 177ph shall not be liable for delays caused by the payment provider, banking holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

177ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who meet the stated criteria for each promotion (e.g., first-time depositors, players who have not claimed a similar bonus within a stated period).
• Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if the time limit expires before requirements are met.
• 177ph reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such changes do not unfairly prejudice players who have already accepted a bonus offer and are actively working to meet its conditions.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to chip dumping, matched betting using promotional funds, or exploiting bonus terms in bad faith — will result in forfeiture of bonus credits and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the 177ph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and audited to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with applicable gaming standards. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the long-term theoretical payout rate and do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual play sessions.

In the event of a discrepancy between the outcome displayed on your device and the outcome recorded in 177ph's server logs, the outcome recorded in the server logs shall be considered the definitive and authoritative record. 177ph shall not be responsible for losses resulting from communications failures, device malfunctions, or interrupted internet connections during gameplay.

177ph reserves the right to void bets and withhold payouts where there is reasonable evidence that a game outcome was affected by a software malfunction, error in the displayed odds, or exploitation of a system vulnerability. Affected players will be notified and their original stake returned where a void determination is made.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 177ph Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement agencies:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to access games, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multi-player games, including but not limited to live dealer games, poker variants, and tournaments.
• Exploiting or attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in your favor without promptly reporting them to 177ph support.
• Using the 177ph Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA).
• Accessing the Platform through a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening conduct toward other players or 177ph staff.

8 Responsible Gaming

177ph is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and 177ph actively encourages players to set personal limits and to seek help if gambling ceases to be enjoyable and begins to cause harm.

Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PHP to control spending.
• Wager Limits: Restrict the maximum amount wagered per bet or per session.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 177ph Platform — including but not limited to the 177ph brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 177ph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any 177ph content without prior written consent from 177ph.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 177ph shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through gaming on the Platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, bonus expiry, or forfeiture due to Terms violations.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any delays, interruptions, or errors in the Platform caused by factors outside 177ph's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, telecommunications network failures, force majeure events, or actions of third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 177ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11 Termination

177ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player's account activity suggests fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, other players, or 177ph's regulatory standing with PAGCOR.
• The player has requested account closure through a self-exclusion or voluntary closure process.

Upon closure of a 177ph account for reasons other than Terms violations or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus balances and winnings generated from bonus funds are not returnable upon account closure.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 177ph, you agree to first contact 177ph support in good faith to seek an informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of initial contact, either party may refer the dispute to the appropriate Philippine regulatory body or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, 177ph is subject to the oversight and jurisdiction of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately resolved by 177ph may escalate their complaint directly to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
